Donita Bourns-Douglas of the Oklahoma Bar Association to Receive Partners in Excellence Award

January 27, 2012 - InReach, a leading provider of online continuing education (CE) management solutions, announces Donita Bourns-Douglas of the Oklahoma Bar Association as the 2012 Partners in Excellence Award recipient. The driving force behind the Oklahoma Bar’s online continuing legal education (CLE) program, Ms. Bourns-Douglas has grown the bar’s online CLE presence during the past year, resulting in a ten percent increase in the bar’s customer base, a ten percent increase in participation per customer, and a twenty percent increase in overall revenue.

“I was very pleased to be chosen as the recipient of this award. Our online CLE program is an important member benefit,” stated Ms Douglas, CLE director for the Oklahoma Bar. “Oklahoma attorneys rely on us to provide educational content that helps them stay current in their practice area and allows them to earn the CLE credits they need to maintain licensure. The online program enables us to offer busy members a convenient CLE alternative.”

The Partners in Excellence Award is presented when an individual has worked with InReach to develop a true partnership that results in online CLE program excellence and measurable growth in revenue that can be replicated by other associations. Last year the award was presented to Mr. Terry Hill of the Florida Bar.

Ms Douglas will receive her award on January 29, 2012 at the ACLEA Mid-year Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.
